Swiftshift Lda (trading as NEXA), registered in Portugal ("we", "us"), is the data controller for personal data processed through NEXA. This means we decide how and why your data is used. Contact: wearenexusltd@gmail.com.

Data we collect and why

  • Account data (name, email, login credentials) — to create and run your account (contract).
  • Content you add (tasks, calendar events, bills, expenses, trip plans, chat messages) — to provide NEXA's features, including AI responses (contract).
  • Family plan data (email addresses of members you invite) — to share your plan (contract / legitimate interests).
  • Usage and device data (IP address, browser, device identifiers, logs) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the product (legitimate interests).
  • Support messages and emails — to help you and send service emails such as plan confirmations (contract).
  • Waitlist email — to tell you about early access, only if you sign up (consent).

Who we share data with

  • Service providers who host and run NEXA for us — cloud hosting and database, AI model providers that generate responses, and email delivery.
  • Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling plans, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
  • Authorities, where required by law.

We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.

How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete or anonymise it within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law (e.g. billing records).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email wearenexusltd@gmail.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and per-user data isolation.

Cookies

NEXA uses only essential storage needed to keep you signed in and run checkout. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
